El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar podrá celebrar los contratos con entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro y de reconocida idoneidad, con el fin de impulsar programas y actividades propias de su objeto, en los términos y condiciones en que lo señala el artículo 355 de la Constitución Política.
