º . Las personas naturales o jurídicas que pretendan importar los combustibles a que se refiere el artículo 1º de este Decreto deberán dar estricto cumplimiento a las demás obligaciones previstas en el Decreto número 1082 del 28 de mayo de 1994 y a la Resolución 8 1411 del 25 de julio de 1994.
