Vótase la partida de $ 400.000.00, que se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, para darle cumplimiento a la presente Ley. Y en el caso de que no sea incluida, el Gobierno procederá a abrir el crédito adicional correspondiente.
