ARTICULO 3.2.4.0.2 . - INSCRIPCION DE AGENCIAS Y AGENTES. La Inscripción de la agencia y del agente colocador se efectuará a solicitud de una compañía o de un grupo de compañías acreditando las condiciones exigidas en los artículos 3.2.2.2.1. y 3.2.3 2 1., las cuales por el hecho de la designación se hacen responsables por los actos de la agencia y del agente colocador en el ejercicio de sus funciones. El candidato no deberá encontrarse en ninguna de las Inhabilidades previstas en el presente estatuto
