Las penas que establece este Decreto se impondrán sin perjuicio de las que señala el Capítulo 1°, Título 1°, Libro 11 del Código Penal a los responsables del delito de traición a la Patria, cuando comunican noticias que puedan causar perjuicios a la defensa de la Nación.
