Siempre que sea llevado al registro un instrumento sobre mutaciones, demandas, embargos u otros actos relacionados con la propiedad raíz, o que haya de expedirse un certificado sobre libertad o propiedad, el inmueble será matriculado previamente, si no lo estuviere, o lo estuviere en forma irregular.
