Si vencido el plazo señalado en el artículo anterior, no se ha efectuado su salida del territorio nacional, acreditada mediante el registro en la Administración de Aduana e Impuestos Nacionales, se considerará que el mismo está abandonado o decomisado a favor de la Nación, en consecuencia no procederá reclamación posterior.
