° El literal b) del artículo decimoquinto, quedará así: "Dirigir, coordinar, vigilar y controlar el personal de la organización y la ejecución de las funciones o programas de ésta y suscribir, como su representante legal, los actos y contratos que para tales fines deban celebrarse, conforme a las disposiciones pertinentes y a los presentes estatutos; cuando la cuantía de éstos fuere superior a cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000.00), requerirán la previa autorización o en su defecto la aprobación posterior de la Junta Directiva".
