Normalmente, el personal de la Reserva Naval Principal estará fuera de servicio; pero aun en esta situación, los Oficiales y Clases continuaran sujetos a las sanciones especiales que la reglamentación de la presente Ley establezca para los casos de conducta incompatible con la conservación del grado.
