Si un País Miembro denuncia el Acuerdo de Cartagena, se considera que se retira del Fondo desde la fecha en que la denuncia se comunicó a la Comisión. Sin embargo, las obligaciones y los derechos que en su caso le correspondan por su participación en el Fondo continuarán vigentes hasta que queden íntegramente satisfechos y cumplidos.
