Artículo sexto. Los ingenios que hayan vendido a terceras personas su producción futura, es decir, la que se obtenga después de la fecha de este decreto, están obligados a denunciar al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional esos contratos para la efectividad de lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores.
