Si á consecuencia de las disposiciones contenidas en la misma Ley se estimase conveniente por el Gobierno introducir modificaciones en la distribución y composición de los Ministerios del Despacho, podrá el Ejecutivo hacer las que creyere necesarias para el mejor servido administrativo.
