No será obligatorio reintegrar al mercado cambiario las divisas provenientes de las ventas en moneda extranjera efectuadas por las sucursales de sociedades extranjeras que realicen actividades de:

Exploración y explotación de petróleo, gas natural, carbón, ferroníquel o uranio;

Servicios inherentes al sector de hidrocarburos con dedicación exclusiva, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 16 de la Ley 9a. de 1991 y el Decreto 2058 de 1991 y normas que las modifiquen o complementen.
