Art. 31. El Gobierno hará fabricar estampillas de Timbre nacional de cincuenta, sesenta y cien pesos cada una para reemplazar las de 4. a clase en todos aquellos documentos cuyo valor exceda de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) y que deban llevar dos ó más estampillas de 4. a

Parágrafo

La disposición de este artículo es aplicable á los títulos por concesión de tierras baldías, cuando llegue el caso del artículo 29.
