Exímase de los impuestos nacionales que graven o lleguen a gravar los giros para residentes en el Exterior, a los que se hagan para colombianos que estén haciendo estudios de aviación o directamente relacionados con ella, siempre que dichos estudios se adelanten bajo el control del Gobierno, y que los giros se hagan por conducto de éste.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno fijará, para cada caso, el máximum de dinero que se pueda girar mensualmente y el periodo de tiempo a que se extienda la exención.
