El que con actos libidinosos corrompa una persona menor de diez y seis años, será castigado con reclusión de tres a veinte meses y multa cinco a cien pesos.

Si el delito se comete con superchería, o si el culpable es un ascendiente de la persona menor, o aquél a quien está encomendado cuidar, educar o instruir a la víctima, la pena será de reclusión por ocho meses a cuatro años, y multa de diez a trescientos pesos.
