Vencido el término para contestar los cargos, el Instructor Ponente decretará las pruebas aportadas y solicitadas, teniendo en cuenta la conducencia y pertinencia, que sean necesarias y no superfluas de las mismas. Igualmente ordenará las que de oficio considere necesarias para aclarar los hechos investigados. Estas se practicarán dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la ejecutoria del auto que las decreta.
