ARTICULO 57. LA INVERSION EXTRANJERA EN LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. De conformidad con el artículo 100 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, los artículos 3º y 15 de la ley 9ª de 1991, el artículo 1º de la resolución 053 de 1992 del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social ,CONPES , y el artículo 5º de la ley 37 de 1993, podrá haber inversión extranjera en materia de telefonía móvil celular en Colombia, sin autorización previa del Departamento de Planeación Nacional y con tratamiento igual a la inversión de nacionales colombianos, mediante aportes en sociedades anónimas constituidas de conformidad con la ley y este Decreto. CAPITULO V DE LOS OPERADORES DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR Y LAS REGLAS DE INTERCONEXION.
