Recursos . Contra la resolución que decida el procedimiento ético proceden los recursos de la vía gubernativa, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de notificación de la sanción, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
