Destinase igualmente la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) para la construcción de un acueducto moderno y para ayudar al saneamiento de la ciudad de Santa Marta en las obras de pavimentación y de alcantarillado. Dicha suma se considerará incluida en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia.
