Reserva de Primera Clase. Para los efectos del literal d) del artículo 192 del Decreto 89 de 1984, a los soldados bachilleres que hayan prestado el servicio militar podrá otorgárseles el grado de Subteniente de Reserva cuando cumplan los siguientes requisitos

Excedente conducta

No haber sufrido sanción disciplinaria durante el servicio militar;

Haber sido designado como soldado distinguido (Dragoneante) y ostentar tal distinción para la época del desacuartelamiento.

Parágrafo

El total de Subtenientes de Reserva por contingente, será fijado anualmente por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares a solicitud de las respectivas Fuerzas.
