Art. 6º Sólo se destinarán á la exportación las pieles que queden en poder de los Agentes de la administración después de vender á los industriales en el país las que necesiten, á los precios que se fijarán por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro para cada Departamento, según las circunstancias locales.
