Si vencido el termino señalado en el artículo 20, no se hubiere cumplido con lo que allí se dispone, el Ministerio de industrias impondrá al infractor una multa de doscientos a mil pesos ($ 200 a $ 1.000) por cada mes de demora. Para hacer efectiva esta sanción, el Ministerio podrá exigir de los Alcaldes, notarios y registradores los informes que estime necesarios. CAPITULO V Archivos y estadística.
