Corresponderá al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico en coordinación con la Junta Directiva del Banco Central Hipotecario el señalamiento de los porcentajes del valor de tasación de cada unidad de vivienda, a que se refiere el artículo 32 del Decreto 299 de 1973, y la aprobación de las obras de urbanismo a que se refiere el artículo 10 del Decreto 359 de 1973.
