La aceptacion que espresa el mandatario de lo que se debe al mandante, no se mirará como aceptacion de éste sino cuando la cosa o cantidad que se entrega ha sido suficientemente designada en el mandato, i lo que el mandatario ha recibido corresponde en todo a la designacion.
