Art. 672. El uso i goce de las capillas i cementerios, situados en posesiones de particulares i accesorios a ellas, pasarán junto con ellas i junto con los ornamentos, vasos i demás objetos pertenecientes a dichas capillas o cementerios, a las personas que sucesivamente adquieran las posesiones en que están situados, a menos de disponerse otra cosa por testamento o por acto entre vivos.
