Cuando los terrenos comprendidos en una concesión minera sean de propiedad particular o baldíos ocupados por colonos y estén destinados en forma permanente a la agricultura o a la ganadería, la exploración y explotación de tales terrenos podrá efectuarse en los términos y condiciones señalados en el artículo anterior.
