Art. 1°. Autorízase á los Gobernadores de los Departamentos para que puedan suprimir Tribunales de Distrito Judicial en los Departamentos en que haya más de uno; para que puedan igualmente suprimir plazas de Magistrados, Juzgados de Circuito y parte del personal subalterno de dichas oficinas.
