º. Para los efectos de este decreto, el administrador de la cartera hará los ajustes que fueren necesarios para garantizar que los beneficiarios de estos créditos sean destinatarios de las condiciones financieras desde el momento en que se otorgaron los créditos. Si se llegaren a producir mayores pagos a los que se derivan de las condiciones financieras, señaladas en la Ley 132 de 1985, este mayor valor se imputará a los intereses y al capital de manera consecutiva.
