Parágrafo 3

del artículo 33 de la Ley 99 de 1993, tienen como objeto concertar, armonizar y definir políticas, para el ordenamiento y manejo de cuencas hidrográficas comunes, teniendo en cuenta los principios constitucionales y legales, las políticas nacionales y regionales, la normatividad ambiental y lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
