Para tener derecho a recibir la compensación o pensión establecidas en los artículos 48, 49 y 50 de la Ley 2ª de 1945 debe acreditarse por los interesados, ya se trate de los herederos a que se refiere el artículo 48, o de los beneficiarios determinados por el artículo 54 de la citada ley, el hecho de que el Oficial fallecido proveia a las necesidades del interesado.

Queda derogado el inciso a) del artículo 55 de la Ley 2a de 1945.
