Tan pronto como sea dado al servicio el edificio de correos y telégrafos de la capital del Cauca, la Nación devolverá al Municipio de Popayán la parte del Palacio Municipal perteneciente a tal Distrito, que aquella ha venido ocupando hace varios años en el servicio de las Oficinas de Correos y Telégrafos y Administración Departamental de Hacienda Nacional.
