ARTICULO 6o. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto los funcionarios designados en empleos correspondientes al Area Técnica-Científica, podrán solicitar su evaluación hasta el 30 de mayo, la primera y la segunda hasta el 30 de noviembre de cada año. El Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario dentro del mes siguiente, efectuará dichas evaluaciones las que tendrán efectos fiscales a partir del 1o. de julio de cada año y del 1o. de enero del año siguiente. En todo caso tales evaluaciones no tendrán efectos fiscales retroactivos.
