Bebidas alcohólicas amparadas bajo un mismo registro sanitario. Se podrán amparar varias bebidas alcohólicas fabricadas por microempresarios, bajo un mismo registro sanitario, siempre y cuando corresponda a la misma clasificación del producto, con igual marca comercial.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 6. Bebidas alcohólicas amparadas bajo un mismo registro sanitario. Se podrán amparar varias bebidas alcohólicas fabricadas por microempresarios, bajo un mismo registro sanitario, siempre y cuando corresponda a la misma clasificación del producto, con igual marca comercial y que el establecimiento donde se fabrique cuente con certificado en Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM).
