Cuando se trate de intérpretes o de peritos, y especialmente cuando se les conceda término para rendir su dictamen, el Juez puede aumentar las asignaciones prudencialmente teniendo en cuenta la importancia del trabajo y la categoría de los expertos.

Cuando, a juicio del Juez, los honorarios deban estimarse en una suma mayor de doscientos pesos, la cuantía de ellos se regula mediante los trámites de una articulación.
