Articulo 5° De las funciones de los Superintendentes Delegados. Son funciones de los Superintendentes Delegados

Asesorar al Superintendente en la formulación de la política o planes de acción de la Superintendencia y asistirlo en las funciones de dirección, coordinación y control que a dicho funcionario corresponda, y

Cumplirlas demás funciones que les señale el Superintendente.

Parágrafo

En caso de faltas temporales del Superintendente, el Presidente de la República podrá encargar de las funciones de aquél a uno de los Superintendentes Delegados.
