Los empleos de carrera cuyos titulares se encuentren en situaciones administrativas que impliquen separación temporal de los mismos serán provistos en forma provisional solo por el tiempo que duren aquellas situaciones, cuando no fuere posible proveerlos mediante encargo con servidores públicos de carrera.
