Artículo único. A solicitud de parte interesada y para efectos del reconocimiento y pago de la recompensa, los expedientes que sirvieron de base para escalafonar a los antiguos militares, pasarán originales al Departamento de Control y Ejecución del Presupuesto, por conducto de la Secretaria General del Ministerio de Guerra.

Parágrafo

Los peticionarios continúan en la obligación de allegar los demás documentos que exigen las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
