Impedimento o recusación de Agentes del Fiscal. El impedimento o la recusación que se presente respecto de cualquier funcionario de investigación y acusación, lo resolverá de plano el Director Seccional de la Fiscalía más próxima al lugar en que se e ncontrare, a quien se enterará oficialmente por cualquier medio que permita la inmediata decisión. Del incidente se dejarán las respectivas constancias, consignándose en ellas las razones que considere el Director Seccional para la resolución del asunto.
