Art. 169. Recibida una cuenta en la Sección, será escrupulosamente comparada con su inventario, se acusará recibo de ella al interesado y se pasará al Contador respectivo para su examen y fenecimiento en primera instancia. La apertura y confrontación se hará por el Secretario de la oficina.
