Art. 3.° En caso de que la compañía o empresario que se haga cargo del establecimiento de colonias de inmigrantes de que trata esta lei, no lleve a efecto su establecimiento, las tierras baldías que se le hubieren adjudicado volverán al dominio de la Nacion.
