El artículo 28 del Decreto-ley número 960 de 1970 quedará así: "Artículo 28. En caso de representación, el representante dirá la clase de representación que ejerce y presentará para su protocolización los documentos que la acrediten". Si se trata de funcionarios públicos que representen al Estado, los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías o Municipios se indicará el cargo, y cuando sean necesarios se protocolizarán los documentos de autorización.
