Causales de retiro del servicio . El retiro del servicio de los servidores públicos de Carrera, se produce en los siguientes casos: a) Por declaratoria de insubsistencia del nombramiento, en el evento contemplado en el artículo 167 de la presente Ley; b) Por renuncia regularmente aceptada; c) Por supresión del empleo; d) Por retiro con derecho a pensión de vejez o jubilación; e) Por invalidez absoluta; f) Por edad de retiro forzoso; g) Por destitución; h) Por declaratoria de vacancia del empleo en el caso de abandono del mismo; i) Por orden o decisión judicial; j) Por muerte del Servidor Público.
