Capacitación de usuarios . El Organismo Ejecutor deberá crear y poner en práctica un programa de capacitación dirigido a los usuarios de Distritos de Adecuación de Tierras, para permitir y asegurar la eficiente administración, operación y mantenimiento de las obras por parte de la asociación.
