De cada proyecto de inversión remitido al Banco de Proyectos de Inversión Nacional, el remitente elaborará una ficha esquemática en la cual se sintetizarán los principales datos de dicho proyecto. Esta ficha se denominará de Estadísticas Básicas de Inversión, EBI, e incluirá la información básica necesaria para identificar los principales aspectos inherentes al proyecto en cuestión.
