º. Liquidador. El Presidente de la República designará el Liquidador, quien deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas para el Director General del Instituto, devengará su remuneración, y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste. El Liquidador ejercerá las funciones asignadas al Director General del Instituto, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación y las disposiciones del presente Decreto y responderá por la infracción a las disposiciones legales aplicables, así como por la no liquidación de la Entidad dentro del plazo previsto en el inciso 2º del artículo 1º del presente Decreto.
