MESADA DE NAVIDAD PARA EL PERSONAL EN GOCE DE ASIGNACIÓN DE RETIRO O PENSIÓN. A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión, o sus beneficiarios tendrán derecho a recibir anualmente de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional o del Tesoro Público, según el caso, una mesada pensional de Navidad equivalente a la totalidad de la asignación o pensión mensual que disfruten en treinta (30) de noviembre del respectivo año. Esta mesada debe pagarse dentro de la primera quincena del mes de diciembre. CAPITULO III POR INCAPACIDAD SICOFÍSICA.
