Art. 9°. Cuando dos o más parcialidades tengan derecho á un mismo resguardo, y sus cabildos no pueden avenirsen en cuanto al modo de poseerlo, los arreglos en tal caso, á que se refiere el artículo 7° serán hechos por el Alcalde del Distrito, de cuyas providencias se podrá reclamar ante el Prefecto de la Provincia respectiva.
