Sin perjuicio de los recursos legales pertinentes, el coordinador del área competente para el reconocimiento de las obligaciones rechazará las peticiones que no cumplan íntegramente los requisitos del presente decreto. El acto que así lo determine indicará las deficiencias de la petición para que el particular pueda proceder a subsanarlas.
