En el caso de que tratan los literales a, b y c, del artículo 64, el Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario, o el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, que conozca de la investigación, solicitará concepto al Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil, para determinar si la pista puede ser incorporada a la infraestructura aeroportuaria del país. De no serlo, ordenará a la Policía Nacional en la providencia que ponga fin al proceso contravencional, la inutilización de la pista.
